- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 5 5/16 tablespoons ham sliced into small pieces
- 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 package yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 1/8 cups quark cheese
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese ground
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons herbs minced, or parsley and basil
- 1 9/16 cups quark cheese
- 7/8 cup cheese Philadelphia
- 1 tablespoon herbs minced, or parsley and basil

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Heat a skillet with the olive oil at medium flame, then add the onion and ham and stir occasionally until the onion looks transparent.

3Mix the whole-wheat flour with the yeast in a large bowl.

4Mix the egg, Quark cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste in a different bowl. Add the ham, onion, and minced herbs to this bowl, and mix it with the flour to obtain dough.

5Pour the dough into cupcake molds and bake for 20 minutes.

6Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool off.

7Mix the Quark cheese, Philadelphia cheese, minced herbs, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.

8Spread the cream over the cupcakes and serve.
