  • 5 5/16 tablespoons ham sliced into small pieces
  • 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 package yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/8 cups quark cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese ground

  • 7/8 cup cheese Philadelphia

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Heat a skillet with the olive oil at medium flame, then add the onion and ham and stir occasionally until the onion looks transparent.

    Mix the whole-wheat flour with the yeast in a large bowl.

    Mix the egg, Quark cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste in a different bowl. Add the ham, onion, and minced herbs to this bowl, and mix it with the flour to obtain dough.

    Pour the dough into cupcake molds and bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool off.

    Mix the Quark cheese, Philadelphia cheese, minced herbs, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
