  • margarine
  • 2 cups Oregon hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions

    Melt butter in skillet and add hazelnuts.

    Stir over medium heat until lightly toasted, approximately 5 minutes.

    Add salt and sugar and stir for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until sugar carmelizes over hazelnuts.
