  • 1 1/2 cups frozen vegetarian meatless crumbles (such as Morning Star Farms Meal Starters)
  • 3/4 cup country-style refrigerated mashed potatoes (such as Simply Potatoes)
  • 1/3 cup frozen petite peas
  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls (such as Pillsbury)
  • Cooking spray
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    While filling heats, unroll dough on work surface. Press diagonal perforations together. Cut dough along remaining perforated lines to create 4 (6 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch) rectangles. Spoon filling evenly on half of each rectangle. Fold dough over filling, pressing with a fork to seal. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray, and place samosas on pan; coat samosas with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes. Serve with Greek yogurt, if desired.
