Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter (not oleo)
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 4 c. sifted enriched flour
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cream the butter and powdered sugar. Add the vanilla and water.

    Add flour and mix well.

    Add pecans and make into rolls 1 1/2-inches long and about 1/2-inch in diameter.

    Bake at 300° for 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar when slightly cooled.
