- 1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
- 2 c. flour
- powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream margarine.

2Sift together flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and baking powder.

3Gradually add to margarine, mixing well.

4Stir in nuts and vanilla.

5Form crescents with fingers and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes until done, but not brown.

7Roll in additional sifted powdered sugar while cookies are still warm.

8Handle with care as they are quite flaky at this point.

9Allow to cool before serving.

10Yield: 4 to 5 dozen.
