  • 1 to 2 lb. lean stew meat
  • quartered potatoes
  • quartered carrots
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1/2 can water
  • 8 oz. tomato juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Place ingredients in Dutch oven.

    Cook in a 250° oven for 6 to 8 hours.
