- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add 2 teaspoons water and vanilla; mix well.

3Blend in flour and nuts.

4Chill four hours.

5Shape into balls or fingers.

6Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° about 20 minutes.

7Remove from pan.

8Cool slightly.

9Roll in confectioners sugar.
