- 8 slices bread
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 10 slices cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.

2Make 4 sandwiches using some of the mustard and 2 slices of cheese for each.

3Place side by side in prepared pan.

4With a fork, beat eggs, milk and salt in a bowl until well blended.

5Pour over sandwiches.

6Cut remaining 2 slices of cheese in half.

7Place 1 piece of cheese on each sandwich.

8Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 24.

9Cook at 350°, uncovered, for 40 minutes; remove and let stand 10 minutes. Cut and serve.
