Ingredients
- 6 green tomatoes
- 6 green peppers
- 6 red peppers
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
Directions

1Grind peppers and tomatoes; let drain 5 minutes.

2Mix sugar and flour together.

3Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise.

4Cook on top of stove 10 minutes, stirring often.

5If desired, a double boiler can be used for cooking to avoid sticking.

6Remove from stove and add mayonnaise.

7Put in jars and seal; process 5 or 10 minutes in hot water bath.

8Makes 4 pints.
