- handful salt
- 1 pt. prepared mustard
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Grind up all vegetables; add handful of salt, let stand 2 hours.

2Cook 15 minutes. Drain off 2 pints of water.

3Add mustard, sugar, vinegar, turmeric and flour.

4Cook 15 minutes more.

5Cold pack for 15 minutes.
