  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans fire roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained (such as Muir Glen)
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as tabasco)

    Drain 1 can of tomatoes.

    Combine drained tomatoes, undrained tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
