  • 18 wings, each cut in two; tips discarded
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Mix crumbs, parmesan, parsley flakes, salt and pepper; set aside. Mix melted butter and garlic salt.

    Bring wings to room temp. Roll in butter/g. salt mixture, then in crumbs. Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.

    Bake on cookie sheets 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
