- 1 or 2 bunches kale
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
Directions

1Strip and clean kale.

2Steam until very tender.

3In saucepan saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

4Add tomato sauce and water. (Can add a little red wine.)

5Simmer about 10 minutes.

6Add kale; simmer a little longer.
