- 1 (48 ounce) jarrandall pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 14 cup olive oil or 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 12 cup salsa
- 14 cup honey
- 3 drops liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Pour the beans into a mixing bowl.

2Heat the oil in a skillet and lightly saute the onions and garlic, about 2 minutes.

4Add the beans.

5Stir in remaining ingredients.

6Pour into a 1.5 quart shallow casserole.

7Bake in a preheated, 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for one hour.
