- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 2 spring onions, cut into 3cm lengths
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 rump steak, sliced finely
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
Directions

1Heat a frying pan or wok, add a little oil and stir fry onion, spring onion, garlic, lemon rind and curry; cook for 1 minute until onion is tender.

2Cook beef in small amounts, stir frying until just browned.

3Add combined soy sauce, coconut milk and peanut butter, stirring until smooth.

4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

5Stir in coriander and serve with rice.
