- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- assorted fresh or blanched vegetables, to serve
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan over a low heat and stir until smooth and heated through.
