- 10 to 12 large satsumas
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 c. shredded fresh coconut (frozen or packaged is okay)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple
- 1/2 c. nutmeats, chopped
Directions

1Peel the satsumas and cut crosswise into slices.

2Sprinkle powdered sugar over satsuma slices.

3Drain pineapple.

4Mix all ingredients together and let stand in refrigerator overnight (or at least 3 to 4 hours).

5To serve, spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves.
