- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed, flaked
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
- chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Directions

1Put first 5 ingredients into small bowl.

2Beat until well combined.

3Shape into ball.

4Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

5Just before serving, place on serving plate.

6Pour cocktail sauce over crab ball.

7Garnish with chives.

8Add more cocktail sauce as needed.
