  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix in eggs and blend well. Stir in flour, vanilla and pecans. Pour into greased 8-inch pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 12 brownies.
