  • 12 cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 12 apple, chopped
  • 12 cup chicken stock
  • 12 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups dry whole grain bread cubes

Directions

    Saute vegetables and apple in butter, in medium saucepan.

    Add chicken stock, poultry seasoning, and parsley.

    Heat to boiling, simmer 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add bread cubes and toss with fork until just moistened.

    Cover saucepan, set aside in a warm place for at least 15 minutes before serving.
