- 2 Tbsp. flour mixed with water
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 large sliced onion
Directions

1Make brine from all ingredients (except meat) and leave overnight at room temperature.

3Pour over meat.

4Bake in 300° oven, 2 hours.
