  • 1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 1 1/2 c. celery, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, cut in small pieces
  • add water as needed

Directions

    Boil together until well done. Next; add one stick of margarine and 1 bag of croutons. Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. You need enough croutons to make it hold together. Roll into balls and bake until done.
