  • 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Partially cook meat and drain excess fat.

    Add remaining ingredients and shape into small balls (1 inch).

    Refrigerate. Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    May be frozen and reheated.
