- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Partially cook meat and drain excess fat.

2Add remaining ingredients and shape into small balls (1 inch).

3Refrigerate. Place on cookie sheet.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

5May be frozen and reheated.
