- 16 oz. sauerkraut
- 2 large cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 oz. corned beef (Buddig is great to use)
Directions

1Drain sauerkraut, but do not squeeze.

2Chop corned beef fine. Cook sauerkraut, cream cheese and corned beef over medium-low heat; stir often.

3Add small amounts of sour cream at a time.

4You may add more if it is too thick.

5Once it is all melted and cooked together, serve with bread cubes, crackers or favorite snack. This dip can be saved and reheated in microwave also.

6Keep warm in small crock-pot as you serve.
