  • 5 oz Ground pork

    In a small bowl combine the sage, pepper, marjoram, ans sugar

    Place pork in a large bowl and mix well with spices.

    Form into patties.

    Saute patties in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 160F.
