  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and well drained
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 butter/margarine, melted
  • 4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook sausage in a large skillet until it begins to brown, stirring to break up large pieces.

    Add onion and celery; saute until tender.

    Remove sausage and vegetables with a slotted spoon to a well-greased large flat baking pan.

    Top with spaghetti. Combine soup and milk; add eggs and cheese.

    Pour mixture evenly over spaghetti.

    Combine bread crumbs and butter.

    Sprinkle evenly over casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crumbs are crisp and toasted.
