  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 heaping cup Cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Saute sausage and drain.

    Tear bread into pieces and place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with sausage and cheese.

    Beat eggs with milk and mustard.

    Pour over sausage and cheese.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Next morning, place in cold oven and turn oven to 350°.

    Bake for 45 minutes.

    Do not cover.

    This is delicious for a Sunday morning breakfast.
