  • 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Crumble and cook sausage; drain well.

    Grate cheese and blend with Bisquick; add egg to sausage and blend with Bisquick and cheese.

    Knead until soft dough; roll into balls.

    You may freeze or cook immediately.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.
