  • 2 lb. breakfast sausage (1 regular; 1 spicy, optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • dash of onion flakes

Directions

    In crock-pot, put ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and onion flakes.

    Stir.

    Mix in bowl the sausage, eggs and bread crumbs; shape into balls.

    Brown in frying pan.

    Add browned sausage balls to crock-pot.

    Cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
