- 2 lb. breakfast sausage (1 regular; 1 spicy, optional)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- dash of onion flakes
Directions

1In crock-pot, put ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and onion flakes.

2Stir.

3Mix in bowl the sausage, eggs and bread crumbs; shape into balls.

4Brown in frying pan.

5Add browned sausage balls to crock-pot.

6Cook about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
