  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. uncooked hot bulk sausage
  • 3 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Mixture will be dry, so you may need to use your hands to knead together well.

    Shape mixture into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
