  • 1/4 lb. hot sausage
  • 2 c. grated cheese (Colby Cheddar)
  • 1/2 lb. mild sausage
  • 3 c. Bisquick mix

Directions

    Combine sausage, cheese and dry biscuit mix and mix well. Roll into balls the size of a marble.

    Bake in shallow pan at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Drain off fat after 5 minutes.

    These can be frozen after baking and reheated.
