- 2 c. grated cheese (Colby Cheddar)
- 1/2 lb. mild sausage
- 3 c. Bisquick mix
Directions

1Combine sausage, cheese and dry biscuit mix and mix well. Roll into balls the size of a marble.

2Bake in shallow pan at 350° for 10 minutes.

3Drain off fat after 5 minutes.

4These can be frozen after baking and reheated.
