- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 or 3 green peppers
- 1 onion
Directions

1Fry sausage out of casing with onion, mashing sausage as it cooks.

2When almost done, add cut up peppers, mushrooms and sauce.

3Simmer until peppers are cooked a little.

4Salt may be needed but no other seasonings.
