- 1 c. ground sausage
- 8 or 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix biscuit mix and ground sausage very well, then add cheese. Mix well again.

2Roll into balls the size of large marbles. These can be made in advance, covered and refrigerated.

3Bake at 350° until brown; serve very hot.

4Leftovers can be frozen, thawed, heated and served again.
