  • 10 to 12 oz. coon or sharp cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Mix sausage with Bisquick.

    Melt cheese and add to mixture.

    Shape into small balls.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
