  • 3 c. Bisquick
  • 1 lb. hot sausage (I use Jimmy Dean roll)
  • 8 oz. sharp grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (a food processor can be used). Roll into balls about the size of a quarter.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350° oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. 3
    Serve hot. May be frozen for later use.
