  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. pizza dough
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Flatten dough.

    Grease a cookie sheet; brush on egg.

    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Spread sausage, pepper and Mozzarella on dough.

    Roll and seal top and edge tight.

    Brush remaining egg on loaf.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
