  • fennel seed
  • little salt and pepper
  • garlic powder, onion powder or any other you would like
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

    Take casings off sausages and fry them until they change color.

    Then spread on rolled dough.

    Put cheese on and roll up like jelly roll.

    Fold ends.

    Let bake in 350° oven until it's brown.
