Sausage Bread

Directions

   Fry in skillet all ingredients except dough.

   Let the dough rise.

   Roll the bread dough into a large rectangle about the size of a cookie sheet.

   Spread sausage mix and 1 pound of Mozzarella cheese.

   Roll up jelly roll fashion.

   Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.

   Brush with oil.

   Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until browned.
