- 1 lb. dough (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Raise dough.

2While dough is rising, saute sausage.

3When cooked, drain and cool.

4Take risen dough and roll out oblong (not too thin).

5Add egg and parsley to sausage.

6Scatter over dough, not too close to edge.

7Then add grated Mozzarella and grated Romano.

8Overlap your sides, then start to roll from long end. Brush with egg yolk on top.

9Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

10Cool and slice.
