- 3 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Grease 14 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.

2Cube 3 slices of bread and layer in dish.

3Break up 1 pound of sausage; fry and drain. Layer over bread.

4Beat 8 eggs and mix with 2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of Worcestershire sauce.

5Top with one cup of grated cheese.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
