  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned
  • 1 lb. pkg. Monterey Jack, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Pat rolls into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle sausage over.

    Beat eggs and remaining ingredients.

    Mix well and pour over sausage. Bake in 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
