- 6 slices bread, crusts removed
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. salt to taste
Directions

1Spread bread with butter and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Crumble sausage over bread.

2Sprinkle cheese over sausage.

3Beat eggs, half and half and salt together.

4Pour over cheese.

5Cover overnight.

6Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Uncover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
