  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 slices bread, cubed

Directions

    Fry sausage; crumble and drain well on paper towels.

    Beat eggs slightly; add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and refrigerate, covered, overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
