- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 slices bread, cubed
Directions

1Fry sausage; crumble and drain well on paper towels.

2Beat eggs slightly; add all other ingredients and mix well.

3Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and refrigerate, covered, overnight.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
