- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. roll hot sausage
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper.

3Cook until done. Drain grease off sausage.

4Bring chicken broth to a boil.

5Pour over rice and sausage mixture in baking dish.

6Salt to taste. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
