  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. roll hot sausage
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
  • 1 c. rice

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper.

    Add sausage.

    Cook until done. Drain grease off sausage.

    Bring chicken broth to a boil.

    Pour over rice and sausage mixture in baking dish.

    Salt to taste. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
