- 1 lb. mild sausage (Bryan)
- 1 lb. hot sausage (Bryan)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain grease.

2Add flour and salt until it thickens.

3Add milk and steam for 5 minutes.

4Remove sausage mixture from heat.

5Melt oleo and saute onions.

6Add mushrooms, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.

7Mix well.

8Add sour cream and stir.

9Serve in chafing dish with Melba rounds. This can be made ahead of time and frozen.
