  • 5 eggs
  • 6 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (can use Mozzarella)

    Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs. Add milk and rest of ingredients. Cover. LET STAND OVERNIGHT. Bake for 1 hour at 325° with foil over pan. Uncover and cook another 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
