Sausage Kolaches

Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 heaping Tbsp. dry yeast
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. dry milk
- 1/3 c. butter Crisco
- 1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
- sausage or breakfast links
Directions

1In large bowl, mix the water, sugar and yeast.

2Then add the lukewarm margarine and Crisco.

3Also the beaten eggs.

4Then add the dry milk, flour and salt.

5Mix until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for about 15 minutes.

6Punch down and knead until real smooth again.

7Let rise again until double in size. Spoon out dough and wrap it around sausages.

8Butter tops and let rise again.
-
9Bake at 375° until browned.

10Brush with oleo when done, cover with clean cloth until cool.

11Approximately 40 rolls.
