- 1 loaf sourdough or French bread
- 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- optional: onions, green peppers, mushrooms
Directions

1Cut bread in half lengthwise.

2Pull crumbs from each section leaving approximately 1/2-inch crust.

3You should have about 3 cups of crumbs.

4Brown sausage; drain.

5Over low heat, stir in crumbs, beer, spaghetti and tomato sauce.

6Stuff bread with meat mixture.

7Place loaf together and wrap in foil.

8Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
