Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bulk sausage (regular, hot or 1 of each)
  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese (chunks)
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. party rye bread

Directions

    Scramble sausage; drain and add onion, oregano and catsup. Add cheese until melted.

    Spoon onto bread; can be frozen until needed.

    Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
