Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage meat
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, cut in pieces
- 1/2 c. red and green peppers, chopped
- 4 scallions, chopped
- fresh basil, parsley, chives, chopped
- black pepper
- Mrs. Dash
- bowtie pasta
Directions

1Place sun-dried tomatoes in one-cup of water.

2Cook sausage meat, breaking into pieces, while cooking.

3Remove from pan and drain grease.

4Saut chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.

5Add fresh chopped tomatoes and stir.

6Cook five minutes.

7Add sun-dried tomatoes and water, stirring mixture together.

8Cook 10 more minutes.

9Add fresh peppers, scallions and cooked sausage meat.

10Stir together.

11Add remaining ingredients (except pasta) to taste.

12Cook several minutes longer.

13Cook pasta. Place cooked pasta in a bowl and top with sauce.
